The project is in the first phase right now where the founder(Varun Kapoor) is testing the effects of eating right and regular exercising upon himself.
Let me tell you a bit about Varun Kapoor.
He's 6 ft tall and weighs 102 Kgs.He has recently started exercising regularly in order to lose weight, get muscular and get flat stomach.
He is testing the effects of regular exercise and eating right on himself and will keep on posting the results of his research in the following entries.
